RiRi flashes chest in Kanye's 'Lights' video

Rihanna "wants you to see everything," or almost everything, just in time for her birthday.

While the R&B star celebrated her 23rd birthday this weekend, Kanye West quietly dropped his music video for "All of the Lights" -- in which RiRi is featured in a barely-there black top.

Hype Williams directed the five-minute strobe lit video that pays homage to French director Gaspar Noe's drug-fuelled psychedelic melodrama "Enter the Void," in which West sings about a father who abuses his daughter's mother and ends up in the slammer.

Singing the fourth single off his new album, "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy," West jumps on top of a cop car in between scenes of a little girl walking the streets of the city alone.

Rihanna sports a black Herve Leger-style top, with thin strips covering her chest as she writhes for the camera.

"Want you to see everything," she sings, "Want you to see all the lights."

Kid Cudi then shows up in a bright red jacket for his solo as Kanye West dances on top of police cars.

West only announced the video's release, which was filmed last month, about an hour before its debut on Saturday, according to mtv.com.

Rihanna performed the song live during the halftime show at the NBA All-Star game at Los Angeles' Staples Center on Sunday, her actual birth datem with a red-clad Kanye coming out to join her on stage.
