FAMOUS and Fearless underdog Kacey Ainsworth admits she feared for her life when doing some of the stunts.
The ex-EastEnders star, who is bottom of the girls' leaderboard, is trying to steer clear of serious injury for the sake of her kids.
Kacey, 40, told TV Biz before tonight's two-hour final: "There have been times I've feared for my life. I've got two kids so my self-preservation button is big. I can't be doing something that could kill me.
"All the challenges have elements of risk but they are as safe as they can be."
Kacey, who played Walford's Little Mo until 2006, was particularly upset when she had to walk down a building and do her loser's forfeit task strapped to a motorbike while a stuntman drove it backwards.
It also scared her six-year-old daughter Blossom - and Kacey says her son Elwood, three, isn't allowed to watch her on the Channel 4 show because it would terrify him.
The only person with a lower score than Kacey is rugby star Jonah Lomu and she's praying he will be doing tonight's ultimate loser's forfeit.
She said: "I'm worried I'll have to do the biggest forfeit."
Kacey said of her fellow contestants: "Kelly Holmes has done quite a lot of abseiling, Charley Boorman had his first motorbike at six.
I've come from a suburban estate where the most dangerous thing I did was go to the corner shop on my bike. This is all new for me."
Kacey said she wasn't bothered by co-host Chris Evans ribbing her. She said: "Chris is trying to encourage me to make me go faster by taking the mick. I don't mind."
She added: "It's really nice to be back on TV. It's nothing like EastEnders. That's proper work, this is just fun."
