ALBANY — Gov. Cuomo spent much of the last year outlining his plans to lift New York out of its fiscal and ethical messes, but did little talking about himself.
Most New Yorkers know he is the son of former three-term Gov. Mario Cuomo, a former federal housing secretary under President Bill Clinton and the previous state attorney general.
They may even know he is dating celebrity "semi-homemade" chef Sandra Lee, and has three teenage daughters from his former marriage to Kerry Kennedy.
To flesh out the picture, the Daily News e-mailed the governor a dozen questions designed to give New Yorkers a more personal view of their new executive.
On Tuesday, he'll unveil his expected slash-and-burn budget plan to close a $10 billion deficit without raising taxes or borrowing. But before then, here's a different look at New York's 56th governor.
