Dr. Phil McGraw, wife sued by best friend for dog attack – Pics

Dr. Phil McGraw and his wife have been sued by their best friend.

Janet Harris filed suit today in Santa Monica.

She claims they were negligent in allowing their dog to attack her without any warning.

She listed uncontrollable bleeding, puncture wounds, cuts and abrasions as the result of the dog attack.

Janet also claimed she had to have home medical care for seven days for an infection that developed from the attack.

She is also suing for loss of income and the loss of her business.

Additionally she is saying she cannot work or earn a living and does not know when she will be able to restart her business.

Add to that the severe pain and suffering.

Janet’s lawyer says Dr. Phil did not offer to pay for her medical bills or offer to support her while she is unable to work.

He was quoted as saying “While their friend suffered severe pain and mental anguish, the McGraws finalized the purchase of a $29.5 million Beverly Hills mansion.”

Do you think Janet figures if Dr. Phil can purchase a mansion for $29 million he can afford another million or two?
