Bellefontaine murder suspect arrested, no sign of elderly couple (video)

The man that has been the focus of a nationwide manhunt was arrested in West Virginia on Wednesday.

Samuel K. Littleton, who is wanted for the suspected murder of Tiffany Brown, 26, the young woman that was found in the basement of her mom's home in Bellefontaine, Ohio, was taken into custody.

The raw video shows Littleton getting out of the state troopers car wearing a hospital gown.  His right arm is bandaged from an injury that he probably sustained from the K-9 dog that tracked him down.

As he walks towards the police station, you can hear voices yelling at him, asking "Where are the Russell's, Sam?"  The Russell's are Richard, 84, and Gladis, 85, Russell that disappeared last Wednesday.

Littleton was spotted by authorities in a wooded area near the Wal-Mart in Princeton, West Virginia. He refused to surrender but was captured after a chase.  Littleton was taken to an area hospital for treatment of injuries he got during his capture.

Littleton not only is a suspect in the murder of Tiffany Brown, but also may be connected to the disappearance of Richard and Gladis.  The Russell's vehicle was spotted at a truck stop on Interstate 75 on February 16, but it is not known who was driving. Then on Tuesday evening, the Russell's 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis was recovered at a Wal-Mart, but there was no sign of the Russell's.

NBC4 reported that there was signs of foul play discovered in the vehicle.  The Bellefontaine police said that blood residue was found in the passenger compartment and truck of the vehicle.

At this point in time, the hope that the Russell's would be found alive looks dim.
