The singer is celebrating after giving birth to twin boys in Florida yesterday morning.
The nippers were born a minute apart at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach.
Celine - who also has a son RENE-CHARLES, 9, with husband Rene Angelil - is said to be doing well, even though the tots were born prematurely.

A representative for the couple says, "Celine is resting now and they plan to discuss what to name the boys when she wakes up.
"Rene-Charles has been to the hospital to visit his brothers and is just so excited they are here.
Actor MATT DAMON is also overjoyed after he and his wife Luciana welcomed a baby daughter - their fourth - in New York.
